About Our Club
With a shared passion for netball, Titans was formed by Lorraine Beel and Claire Turner in the Summer of 2002, with the aim of bringing people together and to provide a social fitness activity to committed players looking to improve their netballing abilities. In 2021 we opened the Tiverton Branch of Titans Netball Club as the first junior club in Mid Devon.
At Titans we welcome players of all ages and abilities in a friendly and encouraging environment, whether you’re a complete beginner looking to try a new sport or an experienced player wanting to play competitively. Our regular training sessions are informative and fun with a focus on making netball enjoyable at any level.
We also welcome non-playing members to the club who may wish to be involved with coaching, umpiring or just to lend support!

Clare Wilmott keeps us active!
February/March 2021 - Titans Coach Clare Wilmott is certainly putting her fitness to good use, by delivering online fitness sessions, in which keeps our members motivated, with great music played. Every Wednesday Clare makes us all sweat in our living rooms, with heart pumping fitness. We are truly grateful for Clare's time and dedication. For those that are keen, they can also join in on a Saturday and Sunday morning for more action.

Sport England Grant
February 2021 - Titans were successful in receiving a grant from Sport England for the sum of £4237. This will enable Titans to return safely to the netball court. These monies have been set aside for netballs and bibs for every Coach, resistance bands and loops for all members, and enough Sanitiser for all Coaches to keep their own supply.

Online Pilates with Chantal Law
January/February/March 2021 - Titans continue to use the services of Personal Trainer - Chantal Law for her expertise in delivering Pilates sessions online. Lot of members are using this service to enable them to work on their strength & core, and give them mental and physical well being. These sessions are on Thursday evenings, for a one hour duration, with the option of a 6pm or 7.15pm class.

Titans secure PT - Miriam Kimber
January/February/March 2021 - With the country in National Lockdown No3, Titans secure personal trainer Miriam Kimber, to deliver online Strength & Conditioning Sessions for all our members. Sessions held on Monday evenings at 7pm, to focus on our whole body, and enable us to keep fit and active, and prepare us to when we can hopefully get back on to the netball court.
